Importing IBM Blueworks Live Service IDs
  1. Log into IBM Blueworks Live
  2. Click on the "Admin" link at the top right of the screen
  3. Click the "Account Information" tab in the top bar
  4. Ensure that the Blueworks Live API is enabled via Service IDs
  5. Click "Create New" next to "Service IDs" and create the following four (4) IDs:
    • Artifact Authoring*
    • Artifact Reporting*
    • Account Activity Reporting*
    • User Management
    * Important:
    Ensure that the checkbox "Allow this Service ID to be called on behalf of a user in this account." is checked
  6. Once the IDs are created, there will be a file ending in ".json" downloaded automatically
  7. Upload all four (4) files here
